Industrial Park

From immediate water transport access to a 50-acre rail-served plant site, the Tulsa Port of Catoosa’s industrial park connects businesses and their bulk shipping needs to the rest of the world. The Port Industrial Park comprises 500 acres of waterfront terminal area and more than 1,500 acres of general industrial area. A master-planned development, the Port offers “shovel-ready” sites from 5 to 100 acres with roads, railroad and utilities provided for easy access.

The Port is located in unincorporated Rogers County allowing for rapid permitting approvals that can help you get up and running quickly. It is zoned for most medium industrial uses. Land in the Port’s Industrial Park remains the property of the City of Tulsa and is conveyed to users by long-term ground lease. More than 70 companies are presently operating at the Port in user- or investor-owned facilities. Contact us about the advantages of long-term facility leasing.

Just 1.5 miles east of the Port Industrial Park is the new Riverview Business Park, a 150-acre development located on SH 266. Riverview is platted into lots ranging from 4.5 to 6.0 acres, and 20 acres can be assembled. Most sites are “shovel ready” with all utilities provided. Zoning will allow most medium industrial uses. Lots in the Riverview Business Park are available for sale. Real estate at the Tulsa Port of Catoosa is developed in partnership between the City of Tulsa-Rogers County Port Authority, Tulsa Port of Catoosa Facilities Authority and private firms. The Port Authority serves as park administrator, operator, and developer of all basic infrastructures. Its Facilities Authority is an industrial trust, serving as developer and financier for industrial facilities and improvements. The Facilities Authority offers build-to-suit and sale-leaseback structures for qualifying companies. It also works with third-party developers and investors.
